Note: Average 2 patties per person, make sure to adjust amount of patties baught based on how many is eating in your patrol.

Heat pan ad stove to medium heat. Place pattie in pan and cook till it starts to brown. Flip pattie and cook for 1-2 minutes or until there is no blood in the pattie.

Serve with chips or fries(optional) add cheese and condaments.
